The project uses the wi-sun communication solution, which collects meter data through the MDC via the concentrator and transmits it to the MDM for data analysis. As an independent network management platform, NMS can observe and control the operation of equipment in the entire network, monitor problems and perform remote calibration

The project has been installed since 2021 and has covered 370k consumers by the end of 2023. Estimated 500k new consumers will be connected to the network for the next 3 years

The solution is currently allowing the reduction of approximately 95% of reading collection in the field, representing 342 thousand monthly readings, automatically and integrated with the SAP/CCS system. The solution enables remote cut/reconnect operations also integrated into the legacy system. Since the beginning of implementation, more than 120 thousand remote cutting/reconnecting operations have been carried out.

This project has improved our analytical capabilities to identify non-technical losses of consumers, increasing our inspection accuracy by more than 50%.
