In 2016, Ningbo SANXING Smart Electric Co., Ltd. launched its venture into the Nigerian market, embarking on a collaborative project on the electricity meters with Mojec, the leading local metering manufacturer in Nigeria. This partnership has successfully filled a market gap for SANXING in the Nigerian market.

Leveraging market conditions and catering to customer requirements, SANXING swiftly established a dedicated R&D and sales team. Utilizing its exceptional metering technology and extensive project expertise, the Company developed products that align seamlessly with customer demands. Consequently, SANXING successfully entered the Nigerian market.

Throughout the eight-year partnership with Mojec, SANXING, upon its outstanding delivery team, has adeptly delivered in excess of one million products, a clear reflection of their unwavering dedication. These products have been disseminated to eight power utilities, with four of them incorporating its AMI system, solidifying its position as the preeminent supplier of electricity meter in Nigeria.

In 2023, Nigeria embarked on the WB international bidding project, which stands as the largest turnkey initiative in Africa in recent years. Manufacturers from nearly 50 meter countries across the globe converged to compete for a portion of this esteemed project. Fierce though the competition was, we triumphed, securing the bid for 4 lucrative lots. This success was a testament to the relentless efforts of the SANXING team in Nigeria, who persevered for seven months and ultimately qualified for the technical evaluation process with a huge price advantage.

In August 2024, the project was officially inaugurated upon the signing of contracts with TCN. As the largest supplier of this endeavor, SANXING, leveraging its vast expertise of over 30 years in professional technology and project management, will partner with local installation companies to guarantee the provision of unparalleled quality and service at every stage. This concerted endeavor aims to not only fulfill customer demands but also maximize customer satisfaction, ultimately establishing this project as a paragon of excellence in Africa.
