Success Case – Smart Meter Replacement for COPEL

In partnership with our local subsidiary Nansen, together with COPEL, Eletromil and Eleng,

we have completed the replacement of over 600,000 conventional electricity meters with 

smart meters in Paraná, Brazil, injecting strong momentum into the modernization of the local power grid.

1、Sanplat Solution: Supports mass data storage and metering event collection. 

Through in-depth data fusion, it enables analytical identification and continuous

2、AMI Smart Meter Reading System: Realizes real-time collection and online 

monitoring of power consumption measurement and payment status, replacing 

traditional manual meter reading to greatly reduce O&M costs and improve data 

timeliness and accuracy.

3、Wi-SUN Communication Network: Equipped with a built-in power outage 

reporting module to realize active fault perception and reporting, effectively 

shortening fault response time and enhancing power supply reliability and 

operation & maintenance efficiency.
